Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?
The shop is heated and stays very warm in the winter.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
We have 3 service technicians, 3 lube techs/technician helpers, 2 service advisors, 1 parts specialist and the owners work on site daily.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Our hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday that sometimes require staying past 5 or coming in early, especially for the commissionable employees that wish to add to their paychecks.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Scan tools, programming tools, ac machines, tire and balance machines, hunter alignment machine, numerous other special equipment that does not include hand tools or basic essentials.
What type of break room facility is provided?
We have a break room provided and a refrigerator to store lunch/drinks in

How many repair orders do you average per month?
approximately 180-200
What is your parts ordering process?
once a technician writes a diagnosis on the repair order, they give it to the service advisor to estimate. The service advisor or parts specialist will order the parts after the estimate is approved. Any other parts that are needed can be ordered by the parts specialist or technician via computer in the shop area.
What is your policy on side work?
Employees are allowed to use the shop after business hours to work on their personal vehicles only.
