The shop averages 50 repair orders per month

Yes, training opportunities for the store and technicians. This could include, alignment training, brake training, wheel end, steering and suspension repairs.

Reviews are conducted annually and include a self-review, a manager review, and a meeting to discuss performance and potential compensation increases.

Our shop participates in Christmas initiatives to support families in need.

Applicants will meet with the hiring manager, conduct the interview, and receive a tour of the facility.

Bauer Built performs a post-offer background check and drug screening.
