Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?

It is heated and air conditioned. State-of-the art as the building is about 8 years old.

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

13 Technicians, 4 service advisors, 6 valets.

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Flexible shift times.

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

All Audi special tools are provided.

What type of break room facility is provided?

Lunch room with refrigerator and microwave is available.

How many bays does your shop have?

How many repair orders do you average per month?

What is your parts ordering process?

Ordering is all done electronically through our DMS communications. Parts will be received as soon as possible for technicians to complete repairs.

What is your policy on side work?

You may work on yours and your immediate families cars with a repair order opened.

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

We have a talented group of technicians that are eager to help one another succeed.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

Employee participate in on-line and in-person training from Audi Corporate.

Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

Employees can move up with certifications but can also move into positions such as dispatch, service advisors or management.

Can you describe your performance review process?

Employees are reviewed every year but received regular feedback on their work performance.

What type of safety training is required?

Employee will attend safety training provided by ENYCAR which does DEEP training.

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

our master technician's mentor younger technicians by fostering collaboration and growth in several ways: knowledge sharing, hands on guidance, encouragement of questions, problem solving and inspiration.

At this time, we do not.

Employees receive salary increases as their skills increase over time.

Health Insurance Offered: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield 3 plans to choose from, all have an employee contribution Effective first of the month following 60 days of employment

Retirement Plan Offered: May participate in Company-sponsored 401(k) plan after 1 year of employment. Company matches 1 dollar for every dollar you put in up to $200, then a percentage after that. Fully vested in both contributions
Sick Leave Offered: NYS Paid Sick Leave - accrue 1 hour for every 30 hours worked to a maximum of 56 hours per calendar year.
Vacation Offered: Receive a pro-rated amount based on hire date on 1/1 of following year. Then 40 hours plus pro-rated amount on 1/1 of second January 1. On third 1/1, receive 80 hours of vacation; 120 hours after 5 years
Paid Holidays Offered: Major holidays
ST / LT Disability Offered: NYS Short Term Disability Paid Family Leave (after 6 months of employment) Additional Short Term Disability coverage which can be purchased via our voluntary plans.
Life Insurance Offered: Company paid life insurance of $20,000 Can purchase additional Life Insurance via our voluntary plan on you, your spouse and dependent children
