We provide anything larger than 2" for all mechanics to use.

Small area in shop but separated from work area.
How many bays does your shop have?
12-bay shop
How many repair orders do you average per month?
We average between 250-350 repair orders a month.
What is your parts ordering process?
Technician request is submitted to supervisor and once approved it is sent to parts ordering. We do keep a large variety of common parts on hand in the shop.
What is your policy on side work?
We would prefer our employees to have no side work, so they have adequate rest and are prepared for the work day. No side work allowed in shop or on property.

90 day review with management. 6 months and then annually or the date of hire.

Orientation process and training as needed when determined by management.

Yes we do partner with community organizations and schools.

In depth conversation on skills and experience.
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Yes we send our applicants to get screened prior to hiring. Background checks are done through HireRight
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
First 30 days of employment are for skill assessment.

1-3 business days

Hiring is done after all qualifications are met.
Diesel Technician - Mechanic
Pay Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00/year
($21.63 - $31.25/hr)
