Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?
Our shops are heated in the winter. Also, shops have fans to circulate the air in the summer.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
Depends on the repair.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Monday - Friday: 7:30AM - 6:00PM. Saturday: 7:30AM - 4:30PM.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We do not provide tools but there are programs where tech's can earn tools.
What type of break room facility is provided?
We do have a break room.
How many bays does your shop have?
8 bays.
How many repair orders do you average per month?
Our shops average a car count of over 200 a month.
What is your parts ordering process?
It's all through our software which does the outside purchases.
What is your policy on side work?
Not allowed.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Yes, we want our employees to continue to enhance their skills and abilities.

Annual review with Supervisor and manager.
What type of safety training is required?
Standard safety training requirements.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Experienced techs mentor younger techs through hands-on training, knowledge sharing, and support, helping them develop skills and confidence.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We have sponsorships with different non-profit organizations. We also partner with different high school sports teams and other student activities.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

Typically there is a phone call for about 15-30 minutes.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Interview is with upper-management.

Yes, we perform background checks and reference checks.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
Applicants will have time in the garage to show their abilities and skills.

This depends but typically earlier than 2 weeks.
Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?
This depends on the amount of applications and availability.
Manager
Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $105,000.00/year
Store manager is a salary plus weekly sales commission and monthly bonus.
Service Manager
Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00/year
Hourly for managing plus commission for technician time.
Technician
Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00/year
Hourly or commission whichever is greater. Pay based on skill level.
General Service
Pay Range: $13.00 - $16.00/hour
Hourly plus sales commission. $13-$16 per hour plus 2.5% of sales/work produced.
Lube Tech
Pay Range: $13.00 - $16.00/hour
Hourly $13-$16 depending on skill.
