Shop hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Quick Lane Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm (variable)

What type of break room facility is provided?
We offer two staff only breakrooms and an on-site cafe

What is your parts ordering process?
Each technician is provided a desktop to order parts electronically. Parts are delivered to technician, some parts are available at the technician counter. There are two separate technician counters due to the size of the dealership

Side work is not allowed
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
Our team is very collaborative, given the experience that is available in the shop we try our best to eliminate factory assistance to a minimum. We are afforded generous autonomy when shop tools and equipment are needed. We provide yearly production goals during yearly one-on-one meetings and these goals are reviewed daily, bi-weekly and monthly.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Training is an on-going process, we provide factory paid training both on-line and offsite. We participate in Ford ASSET programs and paid time off to seek State Certification. Along with monthly meetings regarding Ford Master Certification options
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
We hire local high school students which have become 20+year Ford Senior Master Certified Technicians. Most of our service employees have been promoted within, rarely do we hire from outside for advancing positions that are available throughout the entire dealership
Can you describe your performance review process?
We do a yearly performance review, followed up with daily, bi-weekly, monthly check-ins depending on the position and current job status
What type of safety training is required?
Safety training is done during on-boarding, along with on the job training.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
All senior technicians both provide and support apprentice technicians, either through the Ford ASSET program or our in-house mentorship program
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Our dealership has a dedicated Fundraising Committee that works with 6 local organizations throughout the year to raise money and help them with volunteer opportunities. Participation is not required, but we have a lot of fun and are always welcome to new employees joining in!
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We currently provide both financial and time based support to our 2 local high schools. We serve on their local school boards up to and including the local career center. We participate in career days, advisory boards, and certification processes. We work with the local college that provides both Ford ASSET and auto technician certifications for students. We serve on their advisory board along with providing certification assistance.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
No
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Depending on the position, 1 interview with direct supervisor. Class A technician may include a 2nd interview. Class A technicians all require an interview with Service Director
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
All applicants must complete a Personality Profile, a background check, and a drug screen prior to hiring.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
No. Skill assessment is done through the interview process

Is there anything else you’d like to mention about your hiring process?
We perform a robust on-boarding process over the first 90 days of hiring. We offer too many benefits to complete in just one sitting. We will introduce you to the team on day one and include you in our monthly dealership newsletter to introduce to our large and inclusive team members.
Class A Technician
Pay Range: $28.00 - $45.00/hour

Class B (inc. Apprentice)
Pay Range: $20.00 - $32.00/hour

Quick Lane (class C)
Pay Range: $16.00 - $20.00/hour
