7:30am-5:30pm (Monday-Friday) NO WEEKENDS!!!!
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We have some special tolls the shop has and a full scanner with software.
What type of break room facility is provided?
We do have a breakroom with refrigerator,microwave ect..
How many bays does your shop have?
2 bays, one main drive in and one main drive out
How many repair orders do you average per month?
300
What is your parts ordering process?
Counter staff orders all needed parts when jobs are sold, we do stock common oil,air, and cabin filters along with bulbs, brake pads and other small quick items.
What is your policy on side work?
No side work allowed.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Yes. We firmly believe in continued education. Both in-person and online trainings can be an option when they become available

Online courses as well as hands on courses
Can you describe your performance review process?
Performance reviews are constantly performed. Discussion includes things like what the employee is strong at, what can be worked on and how we can help

We like our more experienced techs to assist the younger generation to bring them along and help just the same as everyone receives coming up through the business!
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
There are many things we do in the local community from sponsoring events to donations to the school systems!
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We attend career fairs at both the High School and college level. We have a partnership with local schools and state for apprenticeship opportunities.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Yes we do. We do light screen to gauge the candidates interest level, and a basic background talk

An in person interview is a conversation to find out more about each other and to discuss the skills and abilities of the applicant.
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
We check professional references, current employers are only contacted with permission

No. Assessment is done through the interview process

Most of the time the offer is immediate

We set interviews as quickly as the applicant is available, We attempt to interview and hire immediately!

Lube Technician
Pay Range: $0.00 - $20.00/hour

A Level Technician
Pay Range: $20.00 - $40.00/hour
Flat rate hourly pay, based on background, and certifications
B Level Technician
Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00/hour
Can be either flat rate or hourly, based on background, and certifications
