Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm NO WEEKENDS!!!!
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Snap on scanner, BG fluid service machines, 6 lifts. John Beam V2280 aligner, John Beam RVF 2000 balancer , Pro Cut on the car brake lathe, 2 Robinair 134A machines and 1 Robinair 124YF machine. 2 transmission jacks, Smart washer parts cleaner, plus many SST's
What type of break room facility is provided?
Table, chairs, refrigerator, and microwave in the shop
How many bays does your shop have?
6 bays deep enough for 2 cars each

What is your parts ordering process?
Most online from Napa and Oreilly's. The service Advisors primarily do the ordering, techs occasionally will order some parts if needed
What is your policy on side work?
No side work in our shop, do not solicit our customers for side work
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
We are a small group who help each other. No high pressure for production, just do high-quality work
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We pay for ASE certification, we also have a shop foreman to lead and train through difficult jobs

Our pay plans include a flat rate so you can increase your pay as you improve your skills. We encourage the growth of our employee's skill sets to improve their financial and career goals
Can you describe your performance review process?
We are a small shop so we are constantly reviewing performance as needed
What type of safety training is required?
We make sure every technician knows how to safely operate the lifts and equipment
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
We have a shop foreman to mentor younger techs and answer questions. He also assists experienced and junior techs who need support when time permits
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We donate to several local organizations
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We have had the Boy Scouts here for their Automotive merit badge and have attended the high school career days

A short phone conversation where we get to know the person a little bit, and gauge the interest level of the candidate
What do your in-person interviews entail?
During the interview, we review the candidate's qualifications, job history, and get to know the candidate to make sure they're a fit. We end the interview with a shop tour and a chance to meet the team
