The shop is heated. There is no air conditioning, but it is very well-ventilated and in Maine.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
4-6 team members, technicians. Service manager, Service writer and Parts Manager. The store has 18 Employees that includes Sales, Business office and Detailing.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Thompson VW-Audi Mazda is open for service Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm Thursday nights until 7:30 pm. 1 hour for lunch. Closed Saturday & Sunday
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Shop provides all specialty tools and all scan tools
What type of break room facility is provided?
We provide a conference room for any needed breaks
How many bays does your shop have?
8 bays
How many repair orders do you average per month?
Thompson's service department averages 250 repair orders per month
What is your parts ordering process?
VW-Audi daily Mazda twice a week
What is your policy on side work?
We allow side work depending on what type of work it is. The shop is available to technicians to work on personal (family) vehicles after hours.

Hourly shop NOT flat rate.

We offer Factory training for all car lines Volkswagen, Audi & Mazda
