8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday-Friday) WEEKENDS OFF!!!!
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Diagnostic equipment provided, we also reimburse up to $300 for a laptop plan, we have extra in the shop as well, techs must provide their own hand tools
What type of break room facility is provided?
2 breakrooms - Fridge, microwave, table, chairs, coffee maker

How many repair orders do you average per month?
1,500
What is your parts ordering process?
Techs will diagnose and put in parts requests. Parts will be ordered and received as soon as possible for technicians to complete their repairs
What is your policy on side work?
As long as there's an open repair order techs can work on their own vehicle. Parts are only 10% over cost
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We provide STARS Ford training through the dealership
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
We're always looking to promote from within for the right technician. The right employee can work their way up in our company by improving their skill set with our Ford training. They also can work their way into other positions. We can help provide a career path to do this

Currently in the process of putting together a plan
What type of safety training is required?
Not currently
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
We do have apprentices in our dealership. Experienced technicians will be available to answer questions, and help through repairs when time permits
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We're involved with local schools, sports teams, and relay for life
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We partner with schools for an apprentice program. We also donate equipment that they can use in the classroom
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
We prefer in-person interviews
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Interviews are done by our management team. Discussion includes what the techs interests are in, how they handled difficult situations in the past, their skill set, and what they hope to accomplish in their career
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
We check driving records, and pre-employment physical and drug screen
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
No formal skill assessment. Skill assessment is done through the interview process
After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
3-5 days

Electrical Technician
Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00/hour
Flat-rate pay structure based on the techs background, certifications, and skill set Techs are able to earn additional income based on our tier system We also provide a year-end bonus
Used Car Technician
Pay Range: $27.00 - $32.00/hour
Flat-rate pay structure based on the techs background, certifications, and skill set Techs are able to earn additional income based on our tier system We also provide a year-end bonus
Light-Medium Diesel Technician
Pay Range: $45.00 - $60.00/hour
Flat-rate pay structure based on the techs background, certifications, and skill set Techs are able to earn additional income based on our tier system We also provide a year-end bonus
Express Technician
Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00/hour
