You would be working with a team of three people.

The shop operates from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a half-hour lunch break.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We provide specialty tools, larger equipment, and scan tools for technicians to use.
What type of break room facility is provided?
The break room includes a table, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, sink, pizza oven, and more.
How many bays does your shop have?
The shop has 3 racks, 2 open bays in the back, and flat stall storage in the front. The total space is 8,000 square feet.
How many repair orders do you average per month?
We handle approximately 150 to 225 repair orders per month.
What is your parts ordering process?
Parts are ordered by the service advisors.
What is your policy on side work?
If you need to work on your own vehicle, you are allowed to use the shop.
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
We have a laid-back work environment, as long as the flexibility is not abused.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We offer ongoing training both virtually and in-person. The in-person training may require some travel.

We provide opportunities for top pay, management positions, and even the potential for ownership if that's part of your career goals.
Can you describe your performance review process?
We work closely with each team member on a daily basis. Formal performance reviews are conducted in the office after three months, or sooner if necessary.
What type of safety training is required?
All safety training is conducted in-house.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Experienced technicians work alongside younger techs, providing hands-on training and guidance.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We participate in community activities through our local Chamber of Commerce.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
Yes, we partner with the local high school apprentice program, and after graduation, we offer opportunities through the NAPA apprenticeship program.
Is there anything else you’d like to mention about career development and community?
We encourage our team members to volunteer in the community as representatives of our company.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00/hour
Hourly plus time and a half for over time
