The Service Advisor is responsible for being "the face" of Sant Automotive. Duties include scheduling appointments, estimating and scheduling recommended service, clearly explaining recommendations to customers, coordinating work schedule with the Service Manager, The Service Advisor will also use our worksheets to track and sell recommended service and repair.
Two years of automotive experience and a strong understanding of spreadsheets are highly desired.
