All diagnostic equipment, techs must provide their own hand tools

Service Writer orders parts. Parts will be received as soon as possible for technicians to complete their repairs

Yes, if our technicians would like to improve their skill set we're happy to assist when we can

We are a small shop that's been in business for over 65 years. There isn't a ton of movement, but if techs want to grow their skills we're happy to help

Most of our techs really don't need any mentoring as we are really only looking for experienced technicians

No, we would rather do in-person interviews to meet the candidate

The biggest piece of our discussion is the candidate's work history. We like to know their background, what tools they might have, and their skill set

A Level Technician
Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00/year
