Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

After submitting your resume and completing our short hiring survey, you can expect an initial contact via phone or text message. At that time, we may have a few simple questions to ensure we have the potential to be a good fit for each other prior to scheduling an in person interview.

What do your in-person interviews entail?

Our in-person interview typically consists of a sit down interaction with you and the hiring Manager. As strong team work is part of our culture, we will often invite other members of our leadership team to be involved in the process. During the interview we will typically discuss your work history, education, skills, abilities, and goals. We conclude our interviews with a facility tour.

Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?

We complete background checks for all candidates. Drug screening requirements are completed per Federal and State guidelines.

Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?

We do not perform a skill assessment in-person however we do assess education and certifications.

After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

After the interview concludes, our Hiring Manager will discuss a time frame regarding the next steps of the process. We typically look to communicate again within 24 to 48 hours.

Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?

Building a strong team is important to us and we try to move quickly with qualified candidates. Depending on the timing of the in-person interview, you can expect the process to take 3-7 days.

Is there anything else you’d like to mention about your hiring process?

Come prepared to put your best foot forward and be prepared to show us why you would be a good fit for our team. We look forward to getting to know you.
