We carry special tools for Audi, VW, and Jaguar Land Rover alignment racks and road force balancers
What type of break room facility is provided?
2 Break rooms with fridges, microwaves, oven and TV. Private lockers in locker room

We keep a stocked parts departments and Special Orders are done through Repair Orders

Side work strictly prohibited.

Yes, that option is available and encouraged for technicians that want to further their training and education.

We encourage our employees to continually develop their skillset and provide the opportunities for them to do so. We have A LOT of work if you're looking for a shop with unlimited earning potential.

Employees are in close contact with our shop foreman and service leadership team.

Quarterly safety review and training

Experienced technicians will be available to answer questions, and help through repairs when time permits

Yes, we are active in the Jackson, MS metro community.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We offer paid positions for local high school and tech students to gain experience and hopefully launch their careers with us.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Yes, but we welcome walk-ins.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Nonformal meet and greet to see if we're a good fit for each other.
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Yes, we background check and drug screen new applicants.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
No
After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
A decision will be made quickly or even at the time of the interview (pending successful completion of our hiring process)
Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?
This varies based on numerous factors. We've had employees clear the hiring process in as little as 3 days but on average the process takes about 5 business days.

Lube Technician
Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00/hour
($0.01 - $0.01/hr)

A Level Technician
Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $190,000.00/year
Flat rate with performance and training bonuses
B Level Technician
Pay Range: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00/year
Flat rate with performance and training bonuses
C Level Technician
Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00/year
