What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

7am-7pm M-F 7am-5pm Sat We have 7-5, 8-6, and 9-7 shifts during the week and 7-5 on Sat.

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

All specialty tools and equipment are provided

What type of break room facility is provided?

Clean and well kept air conditioned lunch room with windows, fridge, big wall mounted tv, microwave, and ice maker. We also have a really nice coffee machine in the service lounge that will make hundreds of drinks.

How many bays does your shop have?

10 including alignment rack

How many repair orders do you average per month?

475, but we average about 2.5 hours an RO.

What is your parts ordering process?

Done through our DMS - Tekion - very easy and parts are delivered to your bay.

What is your policy on side work?

We allow you to work on your own vehicles outside your shift with an open RO, no outside work in our shop.

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

Very friendly team. Everyone helps each other.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

Yes. We want a shop full of techs with the highest level training you can achieve. We will send you to training when needed / required.

We have had express techs grow through each level of certification to be able to earn $100k+

We talk every day and every week about good habits, efficiency, how to flag more, and career growth opportunities.

What type of safety training is required?

Annual basic safety training

We usually have a shop foreman or mentor for new techs.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

We sponsor a number of charities.

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

We speak to students to encourage them to consider a career in the automotive dealer industry.

Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

We usually chat on the phone first, but we've had walk in candidates before. Always looking for qualified techs.

What do your in-person interviews entail?

Meeting with Service and Parts Director and Service and Production Manager for a chat. Shop and facility tour. Discussion about the benefits of working on our team.

Yes to all 3.

Yes, just a online quiz.
