5 bays for the mechanic shop 5 bay for the body shop

What is your parts ordering process?
Service writers order the parts. Parts will be received as soon as possible for technicians to finish their repairs
What is your policy on side work?
Technicians are allowed to work on their own personal vehicles after hours
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We partner with ATI, techs have access to training videos and we pay for trainings and any passed certifications

There's always room for growth for the right employee. We're always offering different trainings and promote technicians to improve their careers. We will help set up a path for technicians to achieve their career goals

No formal safety training

Experienced technicians will be available to answer questions and work side-by-side through repairs when time permits

We take part in sponsoring local events and local teams

We phone screen to gauge the interest level of the candidate, and ask basic questions

Interview is done by the owner. Discussion includes the candidate's background, certifications, tools, what our expectations are, career goals, a shop tour, and getting to know them as a person

A Level Technician
Pay Range: $34.00 - $44.00/hour
Flat-rate pay structure based on the technician's background, certifications, and skill set
B Level Technician
Pay Range: $26.00 - $33.00/hour
Flat-rate pay structure based on the technician's background, certifications, and skill set
C Level Technician
Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00/hour
Flat-rate pay structure based on the technician's background, certifications, and skill set
Service Advisor
Pay Range: $17.00 - $26.00/hour
