8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday) NO WEEKENDS!!!!
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Shop supplies Lifts, AC Machine, Snap on Zeus, Brake Flush Machine, ,Steering Flush Machine, Transmission Flush Machine, Tpms Tool, Pipe Bender, And Much More
What type of break room facility is provided?
No set break room
How many bays does your shop have?
3 Bays
How many repair orders do you average per month?
500 plus
What is your parts ordering process?
All parts will be ordered through TCS. Parts will be received as soon as possible for technicians to complete repairs
What is your policy on side work?
As long as you're not stealing work from shop
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
We are a family-owned and operated business. We take care of our employees who take care of our customers.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Continued education is something believe very strongly in. We pay for things like ASE certifications, and State Inspection License
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
We would rather promote from within. Through continued education career growth comes along with the tech's skill set. Opportunities are endless through trainings
Can you describe your performance review process?
We do annual sit-down reviews. We run through numbers, how things are going, and future trainings
What type of safety training is required?
Employee safety is an on going goal
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
We work as a team. We all learn from each other. Techs will be available to answer questions, and possibly work side-by-side when time permits
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We work with local schools, Fire Dept, and local Churches
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

We provide a great team atmosphere. We do all we can to take care of our hardworking team

We prefer in-person conversations. Walkin's are welcome
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Interview is completed with our shop Foreman. Conversation includes the techs background, certifications, skill set, and career goals

Yes

No. Skill assessment is done through the interview process

Decisions can be made as soon as the end of the interview
