Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?
Our shop is heated, no AC in shop. Only AC in lobby, engine room and break room.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
Our team consists of: 5 technicians 1 "helper" 2 Service writers(1 also a parts manager)
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Our shop hours are: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm 1 hour lunch 12-1
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Our diagnostic equipment includes 2 Autologic's, 1 Autel, all timing tools, smoke machine, and numerous other tools.
What type of break room facility is provided?
We have a breakroom with AC, table, chairs, refrigerator, TV, microwave, coffee pot. We also provide employees with Redbull, Soda, Water, and endless snacks.
How many bays does your shop have?
We have 9 bays
How many repair orders do you average per month?
We average 160 RO's a month
What is your parts ordering process?
Once a car is diagnosed and approved, our parts manager will confirm with tech the correct parts and order. Parts are normally here same day or next.
What is your policy on side work?
We allow side work and technicians home. We do allow techs to work on their own vehicle after hours.
