Top Shop Challenge: With the end of school year near, does your shop hire students for the summer? If so, highlight them and talk about how you’re helping to grow the next generation.

We absolutely enjoy finding an entry point to the technician field with our neighboring students. From those who found success in their automotive classes in high school, to those going through the local automotive program at the community college. We have enjoyed many opportunities to share our shop and see these students thrive in their time here. From flexible schedules, simple opportunities to work on the vehicles, or to some their own tools and lift. If you are looking for a low key, low pressure opportunity to see what it's like to work in a shop, then I encourage you to reach out. Sometimes the hardest part of the journey is taking the first step. We have the tools and the team you'll want to build a summer or even a career around.
