Lexus Special Tools, Tire equipment, Alignment Machines, Brake Lathes and more.

Stand alone break room equipped with refrigerator/freezer, vending machines, tables/chairs, coffee machine and TV.

What is your parts ordering process?
All orders are facilitated by our parts staff. We receive orders on a daily basis.
What is your policy on side work?
We do not permit side work during business hours.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Paid training and continued education, ASE manufacturer hands-on and web-based training.

Growth opportunities and long-term job security. We offer different opportunities for technicians to advance their skill sets, and we have room for growth in different positions

Daily and monthly productivity and performance reporting.
What type of safety training is required?
The minimum required training is completed during the onboarding process.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
We have various members of our team who will mentor our technicians that are new to our shop and or industry. They will be available to answer questions and help with repairs when time permits
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We have relationships with multiple high schools and tech schools in the area. We also participate in career fairs as well as competitions.

We are a family owned and operated business.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Yes, we phone screen prior to interviews.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
We use the in-person interview to gather information about the applicant and answer any questions. Discussion includes the candidate's background, certifications, and what they are looking to achieve
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Background checks and drug screenings are completed prior to hiring.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
No formal skill assessment. Skill assessment is done through the interview process
After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
This could depend upon the number of qualified applicants. Typically 48-72 hours.
Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?
7-14 days on average.
Technician (Flat Rate)
Pay Range: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00/year
Flat-rate pay structure, pay will be based on background, certifications and skill set
Apprentice
Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00/year

Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00/year
