What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

The Rome facility has a Cylinder Performance Analyzer (CPA tool), coolant recovery tool, seal installers, special sockets, and breakout harnesses for electrical troubleshooting to name a few. Typically, parts are pre-staged and pulled ahead of repair by the Service Parts Runner. Technicians do not have to research or pull their own parts.
