Shop hours are Monday- Friday 7:00AM-6:00PM and Saturday 7:00AM-12:00PM. Technicians work 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
The shop has numerous amounts of Factory Required specialty tools.

Air conditioned break room is provided

We have an inhouse parts department.
What is your policy on side work?
No side work.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
All Technicians are issued a MOPAR Student I.D. Number and have access to a variety of virtual, web based, and live classroom, Brand Specific, training. Technicians have the opportunity to advance from Entry Level all the way to Master Technician. All training is paid for, and Technicians are compensated for their training time, and travel, when required.
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
Landers is committed to promoting from within. All of our Team Leads, Supervisors, Managers, and Owners started as front-line, entry-level employees.
Can you describe your performance review process?
Performance reviews are completed after 90 days of hire, then annually.
What type of safety training is required?
All Technicians are required to complete the Manufacture's Orientation level training.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
We offer a 1 on 1 mentoring role to allow younger technicians the ability to gain experience on a wide variety of diagnostic and repair work in an apprenticeship type role.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Landers Automotive, as a whole, is extremely involved in every community that they do business in.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
Landers is involved with TCAT and the local high schools in our area.
Where do you see the shop in five years?
With the growth of the local economy, I see this shop more than doubling in work flow and volume of the course of the next five years.
Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?
We do a paper application in-house, in person, before the face-to-face interview. The application can take 15-30 minutes to fill out.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
We can but will still need a face-to-face interview before a hire can be made
What do your in-person interviews entail?
A detailed explanation of the job, a chance for you to tell us about you and why this job is for you. Discussion about the candidates work history, and skill set
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Employees must pass a criminal, driving background check, as well as a drug screen.

No formal skill assessment. Assessment is done through the hiring process

B Level Technician
Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00/hour
Flat Rate, based on experience, certifications and skill set
C Level Technician
Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hour
