Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?
Our shop is equipped with a quick-heat ventilation system. Vents are located above each service bay.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
We trust our team to operate individually. Which translates into immediate personal benefit without contingences based off team performance.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
We operate a convenient fixed Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends. Our service department operates from 7:00am-5:00pm. With our Technician's hours being either 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm to promote a healthy work-life balance.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We provide all the necessary Manufacturer specialty tools required to complete repair orders to specification.
What type of break room facility is provided?
We offer a newly remodeled break room area located right next the service drive. With new furniture, refrigerator, microwaves, pizza oven, and dishwashing area. We also offer free made-to-order Starbucks coffee, various tea selections, and ice machines with filtered water.
How many bays does your shop have?
38 in the Service Department and 15 in the Body Shop
How many repair orders do you average per month?
Over 2,000
What is your parts ordering process?
We have a Parts Department located on the premises with Parts personnel dedicated to fulfilling additional parts orders as needed. All other parts are readily available.
What is your policy on side work?
You will be able to work on your own vehicle with a simple approval from the Service Manager
