Monday-Friday 7am - 6pm Sat 8am - 5pm Shifts are scheduled in 8 hour increments for all.

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

Toyota Special Tools, Tire equipment, Alignment Machines, Brake Lathes and more.

What type of break room facility is provided?

Stand alone break room equipped with refrigerator/freezer, vending machines, tables/chairs, coffee machine and TV.

What is your parts ordering process?

All orders are facilitated by our parts staff. We receive orders on a daily basis.

What is your policy on side work?

We do not permit side work during business hours.

A clean shop with the latest technology and equipment.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

Paid training and continued education, ASE manufacturer hands-on and web-based training. The Toyota ASE Accreditation Program enables Toyota Technicians to obtain Toyota Technical Training, Instructor-led, course credit by achieving Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) credentials. Toyota will award “one-for-one” course credit for those technicians who have the required ASE work experience, pass the corresponding ASE Certification test(s)

Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

Growth opportunities and long-term job security. We offer different opportunities for technicians to advance their skill sets, and we have room for growth in different positions. The Accelerated Tenure Program enables qualified technicians to apply previous Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) work experience to their Toyota Technician Certification Program credentials. Toyota will match every month of non‐aftermarket OEM work experience for one month of Toyota tenure; up to 36 months.

Daily and monthly productivity and performance reporting.

What type of safety training is required?

The minimum required training is completed during the onboarding process.

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

We have various members of our team who will mentor our technicians that are new to our shop and or industry. They will be available to answer questions and help with repairs when time permits

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

We have relationships with multiple high schools and tech schools in the area. We also participate in career fairs as well as competitions.

We are a family owned and operated business.

We use the in-person interview to gather information about the applicant and answer any questions. Discussion includes the candidate's background, certifications, and what they are looking to achieve

Background checks and drug screenings are performed prior to hiring.

No formal skill assessment. Skill assessment is done through the interview process

This could depend upon the number of qualified applicants. Typically 48-72 hours
