7am-6pm; 40 hours per week.

Hunter alignment racks; Hunter road force balancers; Honda special tools.

Open breakroom with a marketplace; Double fridge, microwaves and toaster ovens; TV in the breakroom lounge area; Private lockers in the locker room; Outdoor mezzanine.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

At Honda of Seattle, we love to give back. Through sponsorships and donations, we give to people of all ages - from Seattle Schools that educates Seattle's future work force, to Senior Services that cares for those in their golden years. Each year, we collect food and funds to feed the hungry of the Puget Sound region. A large part of our philanthropic budget is given to the uncompensated care program at Harborview Medical Center. C Level Technician Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00/year ($24.04 - $38.46/hr)

Service Advisor Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00/year ($24.04 - $72.12/hr)

A Level Technician Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $185,000.00/year ($48.08 - $88.94/hr)

$30-$37.75/hr Flat Rate---- 6500 total shop hours for May 2023---- 6500 total shop hours for June 2023---- Efficiency Bonus---- Various monthly bonus---- $50-$90/hr after flagged hours and efficiency bonus----

B Level Technician Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00/year ($38.46 - $57.69/hr)

$25-$30/hr Flat Rate 6500 total shop hours for May 2023---- 6500 total shop hours for June 2023---- Efficiency Bonus---- Various monthly bonus---- $40-$65/hr after flagged hours and efficiency bonus----

Lube Technician Pay Range: $38,850.00 - $60,000.00/year ($18.68 - $28.85/hr)

$18.69/hr to start PLUS---- Team Bonus Averaging $100-$150 per person per week---- $50 spiff for every 25 sold recommendations $100-$150 per person per week---- Overtime = Time + 1/2---- $22-$26/hr after team bonus and spiffs----

Health Insurance Offered: We have a excellent medical insurance package after 60 days of employment. Employees have options for spouse and family also. Open enrollment is yearly on May 1st.
Dental Insurance Offered: We have a excellent dental insurance package after 60 days of employment. Employees have options for spouse and family also. Open enrollment is yearly on May 1st.
Vision Insurance Offered: Vision is provided in our medical insurance package.
Retirement Plan Offered: After 6 months of employment, you qualify for our 401K retirement program.
Sick Leave Offered: We offer PSST for your first year, and PTO on your first year anniversary

Paid Holidays Offered: Company pays paid holidays after 30 days from hire.
