It is heated. Not cooled. At Holiday Automotive, we strive to create a comfortable and productive work environment for all our employees. Our shops are equipped with heating systems to keep you warm during the colder months.

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

3 Service Advisors, 7 technicians, and 1 Service manager

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

First Shift: Runs from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This shift is ideal for early risers who prefer to get a jumpstart on their day and have their work completed by mid-afternoon. Second Shift: Runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This shift offers a bit of extra time in the morning, perfect for those who need a later start while still providing coverage until the end of the standard workday.

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

Our shop provides a full range of tools and equipment for all technicians, including general hand and power tools, advanced diagnostic equipment, and special service tools specific to different vehicle makes. We also offer specialized equipment such as wheel alignment machines, tire mounting and balancing machines, hydraulic lifts, and brake lathes, ensuring that technicians have everything needed for efficient and precise vehicle maintenance and repairs.

What type of break room facility is provided?

Our break room is equipped with comfortable amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, pizza oven, sink, tables and chairs, and a television, providing a relaxing space for technicians to enjoy their meals and downtime.

How many bays does your shop have?

Our shop features 10 bays, allowing us to efficiently service multiple vehicles simultaneously and minimize wait times for our customers.

How many repair orders do you average per month?

We average around 900 repair orders per month.

What is your parts ordering process?

Most parts are in stock for immediate use, our internal parts team handles special parts orders to help get the job done as quickly as possible.

What is your policy on side work?

Yes. Immediate family only.
