Parts Ordering Process Using Trapeze EAM Technician Logs Into Work Order Each technician accesses Trapeze EAM to view assigned work orders. They review the required repairs and determine necessary replacement parts. Submitting a Parts Request Through Trapeze EAM, the technician submits a Parts Action request. The request is automatically sent to our internal parts room for processing. Parts Room Processing & Distribution The parts team reviews the request and checks inventory. If the part is in stock, it is pulled and issued to the technician. If the part is not in stock, an order is placed, and the technician is notified of ETA. Technician Receives the Parts Once the parts are available, they are delivered or picked up by the technician. The technician updates the work order and completes the repair accordingly. Benefits of Using Trapeze EAM for Parts Management ✅ Real-time inventory tracking – Ensures accurate stock levels and reduces downtime. ✅ Streamlined ordering process – Technicians can request parts directly from their work order. ✅ Efficient workflow – Reduces unnecessary delays and keeps repairs on schedule. ✅ Improved communication – The system provides updates on order status and availability.
