Our entire shop has both heat and air conditioning. It is a priority to keep our techs comfortable when working.

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

Our current team size is 8 people. 2 full-time service advisors, an office manager, and 5 technicians.

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

We are open Monday - Friday 7 am to 4 pm. Closed for the 6 major holidays.

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

We allow and encourage technicians to bring their toolboxes. However, we strive to provide all the essential and specialty tools needed to complete the required work. This includes diagnostic scanners.

What type of break room facility is provided?

We provide a small break room with a refrigerator, microwave, and air fryer.

How many bays does your shop have?

We have 9 bays.

How many repair orders do you average per month?

What is your parts ordering process?

Our technicians turn in work orders for repairs. Our service advisors contact the customer, sell the repair, and then order the needed parts.

What is your policy on side work?

We do not allow our technicians to perform paid side work. Work for the family is an exception.

Our performance review process is set to provide open communication between our team members and management. We meet after 30, 60, and 90 days of employment to review any questions or concerns for either party. After 90 days, we move to a quarterly review.

We provide general safety training.

A Tech Position Pay Range: $35.00 - $45.00/hour

Flat rate pay based on experience and certifications. Bonus structure based on efficiency - paid monthly.

B Tech Position Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00/hour

Flat rate pay based on experience and certifications. Bonus structure based on efficiency - paid monthly.

C Tech Pay Range: $15.00 - $25.00/hour

Hybrid rate pay based on experience and certifications. Base hourly rate with a flat rate bonus.

Lube Tech Pay Range: $13.00 - $15.00/hour

Hourly pay with an incentive bonus.
