Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?
We have a roof swamp cooler, 2 mobile swamp coolers and multiple fans to keep sufficient airflow during the summer months. We also have portable propane burners for the winter months.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
The Las Vegas Team consists of: 1 General Manager 2 Area Sales Managers 1 Office Manager 1 Parts Representative 1 Shop Foreman 1 Shop Technician 2 Shop Apprentices 1 Field Technician 1 Equipment Specialist
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
SHOP: 7am-4pm, with 1 hour lunch, Monday - Friday FIELD: 7am-3:30pm, with 1/2 hour lunch, Monday - Friday
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
1 Mig welder 1 oxy/acetylene torch 1 plasma cutter 1 band saw 1 chop saw 1 bench grinder 1 drill press 1 set of mobile lifts Misc. large shop tools, sockets, transmission jacks, etc.
What type of break room facility is provided?
We have a kitchen area with refrigerator, ice & water dispenser with hot, cold and ambient temperature options, gatorade powder, coffee w/ various creamers, sink and microwave for all to use. Our adjacent breakroom/conference room has a Smart TV and seats 10 comfortably. NOTE: Remodeling plans, starting in late 2024 will provide a larger breakroom/ conference room, allowing for more space, for all to enjoy.
How many bays does your shop have?

How many repair orders do you average per month?
Close to 150 average per month.
What is your parts ordering process?
The technician evaluates the unit, develops the quote, and submits the quote to the foreman/back office. It is the technician's responsibility to find parts or provide information to the parts department for component look-up. The technician's iPad has internet access to obtain parts manuals and other service-related documents that can be found on our server.
What is your policy on side work?
As long as the side work does not directly compete with our service offerings then it is acceptable.
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
We have monthly meetings to go over Successes, Recognition, Concerns/Opportunities, Vital factors, and goals. This is a monthly process developed to keep our team engaged in the company's overall goals and vision.
