Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?
At this time, our shop is not equipped with central heating or air conditioning. However, we do provide cooling vents to help manage temperatures during warmer months. Additionally, each summer we launch a "Beat the Heat" initiative, where management supplies items such as cooling towels, drinks, and other resources to help keep our technicians comfortable and safe in the heat.

11 Techs, 4 advisors
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Hours 7:30-6:00 M-F 7:30-5:00 Sat. All techs work 8:00-5:30
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Battery boosters, manufacturer special tools, lug nut lock master set. Specialty tables, platforms and hoists.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Break room has a refrigerator, microwave, and seating available for staff.
How many bays does your shop have?
26 bays (17 lifts, 1 heavy duty, 1 tire rotation, 6 non lift)
How many repair orders do you average per month?
640 CP and Warranty, 575 Internal
What is your parts ordering process?
Technicians order parts at the back counter.
What is your policy on side work?
Not allowed, every vehicle must have an RO and subject to shop fees.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Yes, we do offer opportunities to improve your skills through various training and development programs. If there's something outside of what we currently offer, there is an approval process in place. However, if the opportunity aligns with your role and supports your professional development, we are always supportive and encourage it.

While formal pathways may vary by role or department, we focus on developing talent from within, providing support through mentorship, training, and stretch assignments. Can you describe your performance review process?
At this time, we don't have a standardized performance review process in place. However, our managers are trained to support employee development and recognize talent. They play an active role in providing feedback, guiding growth, and ensuring that team members have the support they need to succeed.
What type of safety training is required?
Safety is done online through KPA and we also have in person sessions.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Techs are encouraged to actively engage with and support younger or less experienced techs. We promote a team-oriented environment where experienced techs are expected to share knowledge, offer hands-on help, and be true mentors
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Our shop values community involvement, and our dealerships actively give back and engage with the local area. One of our biggest community events is our school attendance initiative, where we award a free car to a high school student who has achieved perfect attendance for the year. We believe in recognizing dedication and supporting youth in our community.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
Not at this moment but something we plan to venture into in the future.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Yes, we do conduct phone screenings as an initial step in our hiring process. This helps us get a better understanding of your background and ensure a good fit before moving forward with an in-person interview.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Our in-person interviews are designed to be informal and conversational. We focus on getting to know you, your experience, and your skill set in a comfortable setting. It's an opportunity for us to understand how you might fit within our team and culture and for you as well to evaluate us.
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Yes, we partner with The Cole Group to complete background checks and drug screenings as part of our pre-employment process. We do not conduct personality tests.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
We do not conduct formal skill assessments as part of our hiring process.
After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
The timeline can vary depending on the number of applicants, but we do our best to provide an update within two weeks for candidates who make it to our top three.
Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?
We aim to complete the entire hiring process— from application to final decision—within about one month.
