What You’ll Do:
Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on a variety of vehicle systems.
Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing training and guidance.
Work closely with service advisors and the shop foreman to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
Stay current with manufacturer bulletins and industry advancements.
Maintain the highest standards of workmanship, adhering to safety and dealership policies.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including proper disposal of hazardous materials.
What We’re Looking For:
Master Technician Certification
Minimum of 3-5 years of advanced diagnostic and repair experience.
Strong leadership skills with a desire to mentor and train others.
Valid Driver’s License & State Inspection License required.
Deep understanding of modern automotive technology and repair procedures.
Commitment to quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
