All of our shops have heat.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
Genesis Cadillac - Five Service Technicians, Three Lube Technicians, Two Porters, Service Manager, Dispatcher, Parts Director, Two Parts Counter, Two Parts Drivers, Service Concierge, Three Service Advisors. Genesis Collision Center - Five Body Technicians, Two Painters, Three Detailers, Mechanical Technician, Used Car Technician, Three Professional Detailers, Reconditioning Porter, Reconditioning Manager, Body Shop Manager, Body Shop Office Manager,Two Estimators, Body Shop Parts Manager, Body Shop Parts Coordinator, Customer Service Representative.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Genesis Cadillac - 7:30am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. Genesis Collision Center - 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
All specialty tools are provided.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Both shops have a breakroom with a fridge, coffee and microwave.
How many bays does your shop have?
Genesis Cadillac - Twelve bays in the mainshop, three quick lane bays, and three detail bays. Genesis Collision Center - Twenty-six bays between collision and reconditioning and six details bays between collision and reconditioning.
How many repair orders do you average per month?
Genesis Cadillac - Averages about 1,600 labor hours a month. Genesis Collision Center - Averages about 4,300 labor hours a month.
What is your parts ordering process?
Genesis Cadillac - Our parts department is ran by a Parts Director, Two Parts Counter guys and Two Parts Drivers. Genesis Collision - Our parts department is ran by a Body Shop Parts Manager dedicated to the collision center and a Parts Coordinator to run and stock parts.
What is your policy on side work?
Side work is not permitted in the premises.
