7:00am-11:30pm with 2 shifts that fill that top slot (Monday-Friday) 8:00am-4:00pm (Saturday-Sunday)
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
All heavy-duty equipment, and specialty tools are provided by the shop. Techs must provide their own basic hand tools
What type of break room facility is provided?
Fridge, microwave, sink, table, chairs, heated and air-conditioned spaced
How many bays does your shop have?
2 pull through bays
How many repair orders do you average per month?

What is your parts ordering process?
Tech will create their own PO and order their own parts. Parts will be received as soon as possible for techs to complete repairs
What is your policy on side work?
Tech's can work on personal vehicles
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Currently, we are working on making this a little more robust and expand on this. Please ask questions for additional information but basic continued training is provided
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
Techs can work their way up into different managerial roles for the right employee. If they just want to improve their own skill set, there is a path for that as well
Can you describe your performance review process?
We provide annual reviews. Discussion includes the techs attitude, comebacks, and basic conversation on how things are going
What type of safety training is required?
Not currently
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Experienced techs will be available to answer questions and help through repairs when time permits
How does your shop get involved with the local community?

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Yes, we discuss experience with OEM software and gauge the candidates interest level. Pretty laid back conversation
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Facility manager takes care of in-person interviews. Discussion includes background, skill sets, if they are a fit for each other, and what a career path for them looks like
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Drug test, MVR check
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
