We at Fleet Mobile strongly believe that the companies success begins and it rooted in the individual success of all our employees. Master technicians are available to offer assistance to all technicians on a as needed basis.

The owners of Fleet Mobile Repairs believes strongly in using our recourses to help and bless others. 10% of profits is budgeted to be donated annually. We also match employee donations to charities and/or other ministry initiatives

Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

All applicants will begin with a short phone interview (approximately 30 minutes). During this time, we will work to not only get to know you better, but introduce our company culture and work environment

What do your in-person interviews entail?

First in-person interviews involve sitting down at a meal (breakfast or lunch). Our goals are to determine: • Work Experience • Knowledge/Skills • Does the applicant fit company culture • Personal/Family Goals The second interview will last several hours and involve time spent with other technicians in their actual work environment; providing a unique opportunity for both parties to better understand each other.

Fleet Mobile Repairs is a drug free workplace. We will require a drug test after a formal job offer is accepted

Is there anything else you’d like to mention about your hiring process?

We consider our second in-person interview a key part of the hiring process. The prospective technician will be asked to spend time with working technicians (excluding management/owners). This provides a unique opportunity for the applicant to experience our true work environment and get feedback from other technicians.

Class 8 Heavy Truck/Trailer Mechanic Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00/year

Compensation $100,000 - $180,000/year Compensation is 100% commission based. Mechanics will earn: 50% of billed labor amount 50% of profit per parts sold Benefits Fleet Mobile is proud to offer the below benefits. Please see plan documents for eligibility requirements and cost: Simple IRA Uniforms - New hires are allowed to spend up to $1000 for uniforms items. All mechanics are allowed up to $300 annually after their hire date. Items can be chosen from a list provided by the third party vendor designated by Fleet Mobile management. Once uniforms are in the mechanics possession, they must be worn at all times while engaging in company activities. The following benefits are offered to our mechanics only if they are in good standing (i.e. not on probation). Any mechanic that has not been in good standing must wait for a period of six months from the probation ending date to submit their request. Vacation – In an effort to motivate our mechanics to take needed to time off, they will be awarded a vacation bonus as follows: One week’s vacation bonus will be awarded for every year of employment with a maximum annual vacation bonus of three weeks. Unused weeks of bonus cannot be rolled over into the next time period. Mechanics must request their vacation bonus seven days in advance of the time to be taken off and will require the approval of management according to Fleet Mobile’s Vacation policy. Mechanics must take the requested time off and will not be allowed to take the bonus and work at the same time. The amount of the vacation bonus will be calculated as the average weekly commission pay earned by the mechanic for the previous six months from the date the bonus is requested. Boot allowance - Mechanics may be reimbursed up to $150 annually for the purchase of work boots. A paid receipt must be provided to management in order to be reimbursed. Rolling over unused boot allowances is not allowed. Tool allowance - Mechanics may earn a tool based upon the following criteria: Mechanics must have averaged working over 38 hours per week to be eligible.
