What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
We are a very small shop with 5 employees currently
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm NO WEEKENDS!!!!
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We encourage our technicians to supply their own tools, but we do have numerous Tshop tools and specialty tools available. We also have Chrysler WiTech, Tech 2, Tech Line Connect, Ford FDRS, Ford IDS, Snap-On scanner, and Autel.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Bathrooms, sink and small refrigerator
How many bays does your shop have?
5
How many repair orders do you average per month?
completed repairs 75-100 and quickly growing
What is your parts ordering process?
We have Service Advisors to aid technicians with ordering parts. Parts will be received as soon as possible for technicians to finish repairs
What is your policy on side work?
Not allowed at the shop
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We offer extensive hands-on training from our owner and other techs. We also have numerous training outlets through the OE manufacturers

We believe everyone is in control of their own career growth. If you are hard-working and want to grow into a higher position we are willing to consider all opportunities
Can you describe your performance review process?
Everyone starts with a 90-day probation period after hiring. After that 90 days, we do annual reviews unless there is reason both positive and negative to perform a review.
What type of safety training is required?
we will discuss basic safety and requirements after an employee has been hired
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
We highly encourage our techs to work together. Our owner works directly with all techs and teaches as needed to build everyone's skills.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?

Yes, light screen with basic questions to gauge the candidates interest, and find out a little about their background

we will discuss any experience prospective employee may have, their goals for themselves, potential wage, business expectations, business goals, etc.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $55.00/hour
We do offer hourly pay and flat rate pay. The pay schedule is based on employees' experience.
