Yes our shop is climate controlled year round
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
Approximately 11 technicians, three service advisors, and a service manager. Also a working shop foreman
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Shop hours are 8:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday and 7:30 - 2:00 on Rotating Saturdays
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
All special service tools from Ford, Diagnostic computers, tire machines, balancers, a/c recovery and recharge machines, and flush machines.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Community / Shared breakroom
How many bays does your shop have?
21
How many repair orders do you average per month?
650 to 800 repair orders
What is your parts ordering process?
If needed parts are ordered after diagnostics and usually arrive the next day if available in Atlanta
What is your policy on side work?
Side work is not allowed at our facility. All repairs must be ran through normal shop procedures.

Continuing education available via web classes that are prerequisite to classroom training

Training and certification are self-paced therefore reviews are performed at various intervals

Flat rate pay based on experience 35.00 - 50.00 per hour
