Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?

New construction, 42 new lifts and equipment, heated and air conditioning, comfortable temps year round.

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

Work with a team of 4 techs with designated experienced and certified advisor. Each team has a Master tech assigned.

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

Shop hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm. Saturdays 8am - 5pm. Flexible shifts include 4 or 5 day work weeks.

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

All new lifts, 2 new Hunter alignment machines, new Hunter tire equipment, new flush machines, stocked and organized Toyota tools.

What type of break room facility is provided?

2 available, 1 designed for techs only, air conditioned and basic kitchen ware 1 designed for all employees, air conditioned and basic kitchen ware

How many bays does your shop have?

Main shop 42 bays Recon center 12 bays Express 6 bays w/high speed lifts

How many repair orders do you average per month?

4000-4500

What is your parts ordering process?

Generally next day

With management approval on personal and family vehicles

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

We emphasize that a properly trained tech will be a successful tech. We actively promote ASE training, we will pay for testing and with each certification, comes with a bump in pay. We will actively get all ILT events pushed through to each tech as possible. WE support Toyota T10 and Fastrack education opportunities We actively support all local schools to aid in product and industry knowledge and resources.

Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

We monitor and encourage every person to progress and get certified as quickly as possible. We want to encourage brand knowledge as well as brand passion to create a lifetime Toyota influencer to meet any goal in the industry possible.

Can you describe your performance review process?

We discuss weekly goals and issues, we require regular self evaluations as well as 1 on 1's to create growth opportunity and ensure that we are eliminating any negativity or issues preventing one form being their best.

All on the job

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

We have a written apprenticeship booklet to follow. We do not put a timeline on completion, but rather absorbing the knowledge given within. We assign a master technician mentor to every apprentice with regular evaluations, and then switch to another mentor several times to ensure a well rounded on the job education.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

We support many local events and fundraisers by giving back to better our community and schools.

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

We support the local high schools and colleges and offer apprentice positions to help educate and drive the passion for the industry.

Is there anything else you’d like to mention about career development and community?

WE are always learning and advancing our educations to stay up to date with the industry and technology as it comes.

Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

Yes we are available for phone interviews as well as zoom calls prior to visit.

What do your in-person interviews entail?

we are interested in "who the candidate really is", not so much as what they can do. We are looking to hire good people.

Not necessarily, we do discuss this and rely on candidate honesty and openness. We can teach anyone willing to learn.

$30 to $45 / FRH UP TO $5.00 BONUS PER HOUR FLAGGED, PAID OUT EVERY 6 MONTHS MONTHLY SPIFFS ON TOP OF WAGES 4 - 5 DAY WORK WEEK

B Level Technician Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00/year

$25 to $40 / FRH UP TO $3.00 BONUS PER HOUR FLAGGED, PAID OUT EVERY 6 MONTHS MONTHLY SPIFFS ON TOP OF WAGES 4 - 5 DAY WORK WEEK

C Level Technician Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00/year

$22 to $40 / FRH UP TO $3.00 BONUS PER HOUR FLAGGED, PAID OUT EVERY 6 MONTHS MONTHLY SPIFFS ON TOP OF WAGES 4 - 5 DAY WORK WEEK

Lube Technician Pay Range: $42,000.00 - $75,000.00/year

$15.00 / FRH W $3500 / MONTH GUARANTEE ON A 4 DAY WORK WEEK
