Our dealerships observe the following holidays, during which we are closed: New Year’s Day Independence Day Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day In addition to these holidays, we also observe Labor Day and Memorial Day; however, the dealerships remain open with reduced staffing levels. If you are scheduled to work on either Labor Day or Memorial Day, you will receive your regular pay for the hours worked, plus an additional 8 hours of Holiday Pay at your standard rate. This holiday policy ensures that employees who work on these specific holidays are fairly compensated, while also providing paid time off for other major holidays.
