What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
Our Team is comprised of 2 service writers, 1 express service, 2 Master techs, 4 apprentice techs, and 2 lube techs.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Open Monday thru Friday 7:30AM-6:00PM, Tech shifts are 7:45AM-5:15PM.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
All Mopar Specialty tools, lifts, jacks, lathes, A/C machines, tire machines & balancers, and alignment machines.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Air-conditioned tech-specific.
How many bays does your shop have?
14
How many repair orders do you average per month?
350-400
What is your parts ordering process?
Through the Dealer FX tool
What is your policy on side work?
No side work allowed in the shop.
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
We are currently working on site plans for a new construction store with an air-conditioned shop.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Yes, we offer both. Onsite skills training apprenticeship and continued education through Stellantis LMS.

Consists of comebacks and Fixed First visits.
What type of safety training is required?
Weekly, monthly, and quarterly safety meetings including online modules.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
We value mentorship and invest in young talent through our apprenticeship program. Young techs are paired with a Master Tech and work hand in hand to diagnose, repair, and Q.C. all repairs.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Many of our technicians are connected locally through youth sports coaching and team sponsorsing.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
This is an area we look to increase our footprint in!

We are a hometown shop with a high value for supporting the community and its residents by keeping their cars on the road and stimulating the local economy.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $50.00/hour
Based on Experience and Certifications. Level 1-3
Lube Tech
Pay Range: $12.00 - $14.00/hour
