Monday- Friday 7am-5pm. Field Technician On -Call. Occasion over time maybe required.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Technicians are required to purchase their own work tools. A monthly tool allowance is provided.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Stove and Oven/ Microwave/Refrigerator/ Shower in Men’s room/ Vending Machine/Coffee
How many bays does your shop have?
Shop has 8 bays
How many repair orders do you average per month?
75-100 average monthly work orders
What is your parts ordering process?
Tech creates a parts list and submits a requisition to the supervisor for approval. Once the requisition is approved, it is submitted to the service admin to create in Wynne. The parts manager then creates a PO and orders the parts.
What is your policy on side work?
Employees are expected to be working solely for Bottom Line Equipment. Any outside employment should be promptly disclosed to Human Resources. In certain circumstances, outside employment may be approved, but the company retains the right to review and evaluate each situation on an individual basis.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Bottom Line Equipment offers dealer technical training and continuing education to all employees.

Initial and ongoing safety training is provided to all employees to ensure a safe work environment. This includes weekly safety meetings, safe driver training and equipment competency training and verification.

Bottom Line Equipment has a mentorship program that allows for experienced technicians to work with beginning technicians to understand technical work processes.

Bottom Line Equipment supports local military and first responder organizations.
