Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?

Yes! our Brand new shop is Heated and Air Conditioned

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

We currently have 8 Service Technicians, 2 Master Technician and 1 Shop Foreman

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

In order to best serve our customers, our service department is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM and 8 AM to 5 PM on Saturday. Our technicians are expected to report and be ready to work by 8 AM and their work day ends between 6-6:30. We have a rotating schedule for Saturdays where our technicians work every 3rd Saturday. At the moment we do not have alternating schedules during the week but as we grow that is something we have been looking to implement

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

Personal tools are to be provided by each technician, however, we do have a library of special tools, a bearing press and our technicians work as a team so if you need to borrow a tool from someone they are always willing to assist

What type of break room facility is provided?

In our newly renovated facility, we have a large breakroom with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, 75” television and plenty of seating

How many bays does your shop have?

We have 14 bays in our shop. They are 2-post Rotary lifts. We also have flat stalls that are used for programming that can fit up to 3 vehicles as well as one alignment rack.

How many repair orders do you average per month?

We average around 600 to 700 repair orders per month

What is your parts ordering process?

Our MPI system is through CDK Service and our technicians use this tool to make the repair recommendations. Our parts cutoff is at Noon everyday for next day shipping and as late as 4 PM for priority overnight delivery (if the part is located at our nearest RDC).

What is your policy on side work?

No side work is permitted in the shop or on company property.

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

We have the nicest and newest service facility in West Texas with a dedicated and motivated team of technicians that care about the product they put out.
