7:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturday's 8:00am-2:00pm

New York State Inspector Machine, Four-wheel Alignment Machine
What type of break room facility is provided?
A break room is provided with two fridges, lockers, and a bathroom parallel to the shop.
How many bays does your shop have?
There are 22 bays.
How many repair orders do you average per month?
About 1,500 repair orders per month.
What is your parts ordering process?
Technicians handle all parts orders directly with the parts team.

Yes, we provide BMW online and in-person certifications at the cost of the dealership

What type of safety training is required?
Safety trainings are required for all technicians.

There are Team Leaders who will help guide and mentor entry-level technicians.

Yes
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Depending on the distance of the candidate, we will do a phone-screen prior. Most times we do in-person interviews to allow the candidate to see the shop and meet with the service managers.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
The initial interview will be composed of basic questions with Cassy, the HR Coordinator to better understand how they work in the professional workplace. Following, the candidate would meet with the Service Managers and Shop Foreman to discuss monetary compensation and the details of the technician role.
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Yes, we will require a drug and alcohol screening along with a basic physical prior to an official offer of employment. We also require a background check to be completed.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
No formal skill assessment. Assessment is done through the interview process
After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
1-2 weeks or less.
Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?
Typically 1-2 weeks.

Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00/year
