We have a tech-only breakroom and a normal breakroom for use.

We have 20 Bays.

How many repair orders do you average per month?

We average around 650 per month.

What is your parts ordering process?

Daily ordering

What is your policy on side work?

Side-work is subject to termination; we do not encourage it.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

Yes, We work with our manufacturers to offer additional training with all associated costs covered by our company.

We host performance reviews every 6 months, focusing specifically on their growth in the company, attendance, and overall production.

We require the typical safety training at all auto shops.

We offer apprenticeships where you'll work alongside our master technicians, gaining hands-on experience and expert mentorship.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

We work with the Rotary Club to get involved in the community and sponsor local events in the Hendersonville area.

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

Yes, we work with Haywood and Blue Ridge Tech Schools to foster a love for the tech profession!

We like to send techs to Chrysler training, all paid for by our company.

We do not typically phone screen applicants.

We like to discuss background, experience level, and manufacture training.

We perform background checks and drug screenings. We do not perform personality tests, but we ensure that a candidate will fit well into our team during the interview process.

Same day to 2 days at the most. We like to offer almost on the spot, but it can take a little more time for more managerial spots.

No more than a week. We like to make the process as painless as possible.

Service Advisor Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00/year

Paid Weekly Salary, Monthly Commission on the first Friday of every month, CSI Bonuses, Performance Bonuses

Service Technician- A Level Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00/hour

Paid Weekly Salary, Monthly Commission on the first Friday of every month, CSI Bonuses, Performance Bonuses

Service Technician- B Level Pay Range: $32.00 - $35.00/hour

SIGNING BONUS- 3,000 (Contingent on 90 days) Paid Weekly Salary, Monthly Commission on the first Friday of every month, CSI Bonuses, Performance Bonuses

Service Technician- C Level Pay Range: $35.00 - $45.00/hour

SIGNING BONUS- 3,000 (Contingent on 90 days), Paid Weekly Salary, Monthly Commission on the first Friday of every month, CSI Bonuses, Performance Bonuses

Lube Technician Pay Range: $15.00 - $19.00/hour

Diesel Technican Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00/hour
