All major equipment. There are some tools provided for C-Level, and Lube Level technicians, but techs are required to provide their own tools

What is your parts ordering process?
Technician will provide parts list to the Service Advisor for review. Service Advisor will review parts and then order. Parts will be received as soon as possible for technicians to finish repairs

Techs can work on their own personal vehicles
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Currently, we're working on putting together a program that will allow technicians to improve their education and skill set

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Experienced technicians will work with more junior techs. They will be available to answer questions and work through repairs when time permits
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We sponsored our local high school booster clubs in the past. We also sponsor our Horse Barrel Association

Not currently
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
We prefer in-person interviews, but we can accommodate technicians out of the area or techs that don't have the time to come in if needed
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Our manager completes in-person interview. Discussion includes the techs background, certifications, skill set, likes and dislikes
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
We do a motor vehicle record check
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
No formal skill assessment. Skill assessment is done through the interview process
After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
Depends on the circumstance. Hires can be made within a week depending on the situation

Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00/hour
Hourly paid position depending on the techs certifications and skill set
A-Level Technician
Pay Range: $52.00 - $54.00/hour
Technicians are paid on the hours they bill, there's also a weekly base salary, salary will be based on techs background, certifications, and skill set
