What is your parts ordering process?
We use Karmaa to quote parts. After approved quote is sent to the parts department to place the order.
What is your policy on side work?
Can be done after hours(5pm) or Saturdays if you are not working. No vehicles to be left on property with permission and all work must be done with an open repair order.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Audi offers loads of training every quarter and there are required trainings to be done every quarter.

Endless. There is always some new technology and products coming out.

Once a year, to discuss work performance, and trainings.
What type of safety training is required?
Standard OSHA training

Over 50 years of combined experience. There is always someone to help and learn from.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Multiple donations and events
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We currently have 1 tech enrolled in a local trade school.

Yes, we prefer to call first.

Interview with the service director and a tour of the facility.

Background and drug screening need to be passed before an offer is made.

No, we do not.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $39.00/hour
Pay depends on experience and training. Bonus structure in place to add and additional $4.00 per hour. We are on a team structure. Typically the team produces 50 hours per week.
