We currently have 27 technicians on our team.

Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Our break room includes a refrigerator, vending machines, and other standard amenities.

Standard break room - fridge, vending machines, etc
How many bays does your shop have?
Our shop has a total of 27 bays.
How many repair orders do you average per month?
We process approximately 1,600 repair orders per month.
What is your parts ordering process?
Parts are ordered through the parts counter and processed using Xtime.
What is your policy on side work?
Side work is allowed only on personal vehicles and for immediate family members.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Yes, we provide Audi manufacturer training for ongoing skill development and education.

Technicians have the opportunity to advance in their careers as they complete training and progress through the ranks.
Can you describe your performance review process?
We conduct monthly evaluations to assess performance and provide feedback.
What type of safety training is required?
All employees are required to complete OSHA training.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Senior technicians serve as mentors to entry-level technicians, providing guidance and hands-on training.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Audi has a dedicated community involvement department that oversees all local engagement initiatives.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
Yes, we participate in career fairs and trade shows to promote automotive careers to students.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Yes, we conduct a short, informal initial outreach before scheduling an in-person interview.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
The in-person interview includes a formal conversation about the applicant’s background, experience, and skill level. It also includes a tour of the shop and an overview of operations.
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Yes, we conduct background checks and drug screenings. We do not require personality tests.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
No, we do not perform skill assessments at this time.
After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
Applicants can expect a hiring decision within 2–3 days after the in-person interview.
Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?
The entire hiring process typically takes about two weeks.

Pay Range: $22.00 - $22.00/hour
Hourly rate can be adjusted based on experience
Flat Rate Tech
Pay Range: $28.00 - $50.00/hour
