All special tools required by Audi are here in stock for use, I-pads and scan tools are provided.

Standard break room that includes a fridge, table, chairs, coffee maker

What is your parts ordering process?
We use Xtime and CDK for quotes. Parts will be received as soon as possible for technicians to complete repairs

We fully stand behind our technicians getting advanced training and staying up to date in our industry. We offer online and in-person manufacture trainings

For the right employee, oppotunities are endless. Through our different training and education opportunities, employees can advance from a lower level tech, all the way up to an A-Level technician. We want to help our employees achieve all of their career goals

We base this off of the technician's efficiency and attention to detail. We also discuss upcoming trainings, and different goals

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Pairing trainees with a Master Technician gives them the benefit of hands-on experience and guidance from someone highly skilled in the field. The Master Technician being responsible for advising the Service Director on progress and advancement opportunities also ensures that there's a clear channel for tracking development and identifying areas for improvement. Advancement opportunities will include Audi Fast Track training levels A to Master Technician.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Audi Stuart actively participates in a variety of community events in the Stuart, Florida area, demonstrating a strong commitment to local engagement. Their involvement spans education, arts, charitable causes, and local traditions.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
TCPalm Athlete of the Week – which highlights and rewards outstanding high school athletes across the Treasure Coast. This kind of program not only recognizes student achievement but helps build local pride and engagement. Martin County Teacher of the Year – while more focused on educators, it indirectly supports the school system and encourages educational excellence.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
We will phone screen a candidate if that's what is convienant for them
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Interview is done by our manager. Discussion includes the candidates resume, background, skill set, and certifications. We also like to discuss the candidates career goals

Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00/year
($24.04 - $72.12/hr)
This pay structure is performance based. This is a Flat rate position with a bonus structure.
