20 to 25 Employees.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
STORE HOURS: Open Monday - Friday: 7:00AM to 5:30PM. Open Saturday: 7:00AM to 5:00PM Closed Sunday. DAILY SHIFTS: Monday - Friday: 7:00AM to 4:00PM, 7:30AM to 4:30PM, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, and 8:30 to 5:30PM. 1 Hour Lunch Break. Rotating Saturday Shift. Will receive Monday of Saturday week off. Will work roughly 1 Saturday every 6 Weeks. Shift is 7:00AM to 3:00PM. Catered Lunch is provided.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
All manufacturer diagnostic tools/computers and manufacturer special tools. Techs will have to provide their own hand-tools
What type of break room facility is provided?
Lunch Room with a fridge, microwave, table, chairs, coffee maker

What is your parts ordering process?
Parts ordered by counterman with the assistance of mechanics and/or advisors. Parts will be received as soon as possible for technicians to complete repairs

Paid ASE Training and Manufacturer Training.
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
Growth ranges from Lube Tech all the way to Shop Foreman.
Can you describe your performance review process?
Yearly Performance Reviews. Review consists of employee production, longevity bonus, adherence to company policies, workplace attitude, and ability to work with others. Pay raises when applicable.
What type of safety training is required?
Online and in person training with compliance company.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Shop foreman and Master Techs assist with training and mentoring our younger techs. Apprentices will work side to side with Shop Foreman and Master Techs.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We provide donations and local sponsorships.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
Visit Auto Shop classes at local classes to encourage entering the Automotive Repair Profession.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Not currently. We prefer to do in-person interviews if possible
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Interview with Service Manager and/or Fixed Ops Director. Discussion includes the techs background, skill set, and career goals. Als getting to know them as a person

Yes.

No formal skill assessment. Assessment is done through the interview process
