Service Hours 7:00AM-6:00PM M-F 8:00AM-12:00PM Saturdays
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
All special tools that are required for any Audi repairs will be provided for the shop to use.

We have a large break room with food options that can be purchased on site.

What is your parts ordering process?
We use Xtime inspect to recommend and approve parts for our parts advisors to order.
What is your policy on side work?
All side work must be approved by the Service Manager
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Audi has a great certification program to help guide and teach our technicians the skills to be successful at the job.

Can you describe your performance review process?
We do quarterly check-ins with our teams to go over performance and goals.
What type of safety training is required?
We have KPA training module that will help you understand how important safety is in the workplace.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
We have a shop foreman that will help groom all of our young technicians. We feel it is very important to set them up for success early on and show them the Audi way.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Baxter Auto is very involved with the local community in many ways.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We have a program set up with MCC

What do your in-person interviews entail?
We want the opportunity to sit down and find out who you are, and make sure you are a good fit for our team. Culture is very important here at Audi Omaha, so we look for people with the right mindset.

We do perform a background check and drug screening during the hiring process.

After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
This all depends on the candidate and how many people we have interviewing for the position. It can be anywhere from hiring on the spot, or a few days following.
Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?
This process will roughly take around two weeks.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $45.00/hour
Pay will range base off Tech experience and certifications.
